Information about the site owner, data processing, cookies and accessibility.

Privacy

This site has no forms, logins, private areas, analytics or first-party cookies. No personal data is collected through browsing.

If you contact us by phone or email, the data you provide will be used only to handle your enquiry or booking. If you book through TheFork, data processing is governed by TheFork's privacy policy, which is outside this site.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reservas@picongranada.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are served from the same domain and no maps, videos or third-party widgets are loaded.

Links to TheFork, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Instagram and Facebook lead to external sites that may set their own cookies. Their use is governed by each platform's policies.

Accessibility

The site has been built with the aim of meeting WCAG 2.1 level AA: semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, alternative text, respect for prefers-reduced-motion and legible text size.

Some external content, such as TheFork booking or maps, is not under our control. If you find an accessibility barrier, write to reservas@picongranada.es or call +34 858 833 230 and we will look for an alternative.

If you need information about access to the premises or mobility, contact the restaurant before your visit. We do not publish an accessibility statement for the physical space because it has not been verified in person.

Intellectual property

The brand, the logo and the photographs are the property of Picón Restaurante. The photographs come from its official website and are used to present the restaurant. Their reuse by third parties is not authorised. The Cormorant Garamond and Proza Libre typefaces are distributed under the SIL Open Font License.

The texts on this website have been written from information published by the restaurant and from public sources cited in the project research report. If you find an error or inaccuracy, write to us and we will correct it.
